Celebrate the end of another long school year at Sherkston Shores. We invite your school to take advantage of the exciting activities, entertainment and amenities that Sherkston Shores has to offer.

Safety... the safety of your students is our first priority. For this reason we ask that everyone from your school remain within the confines of our fully fenced in area encompassing our water park, mini-putt, restrooms and food service. The pools and waterslides are lifeguard patrolled and security personnel are increased to ensure the safety of students.

Guaranteed number of guests... it is important that we receive an estimated number of students AND adults upon booking and to further secure a guaranteed number 3 working days in advance of your event. This will ensure that we do not exceed our capacity, that we are properly staffed and that we order and prepare a sufficient amount of food for your group. The guaranteed number is not subject to reduction after it is made. If no guarantee is received, you will be charged based on the estimated number of guests at time of booking; please note, you will be charged for the guarantee even if fewer guests attend. Full payment is due upon arrival from one member of your group.

All wrist bands will be pre-issued and must be worn upon park entry... this provides for a smoother transition into our park and shorter orientation period providing school groups with more time to enjoy our facilities. Everyone arriving (whether individually or on a bus) must be wearing a wrist band that is visible to the gate attendant upon entry. Anyone arriving not wearing a wrist band will be charged our regular admission price and this price does not include the Pizza Pizza lunch. Sherkston Shores is not responsible for lost or stolen wrist bands. Extra wristbands must be returned to Sherkston Shores the day of your event.

We strongly suggest everyone arrives together... again, this will allow for efficient entry through our main gate. If there are parents who will be arriving in their own vehicles they must be included in your head count, have pre-paid as part of your total and be wearing a wrist band. Please note that parking is limited.

A maximum of two pieces of pizza per person will be served... this provides a generous amount of pizza per person and will ensure that we order and prepare an adequate amount of food for your group. In addition, we will be eliminating unwarranted food competitions, long line-ups as well as wasted food.
