While visiting Sherkston Shores, you are responsible for abiding by all Resort rules and regulations. Any non-compliance to these rules may result in eviction from the Resort. We believe we take all responsible precautions consistent with our responsibilities as a resort operator. We will, under no circumstances, be liable for loss or damage of any kind whatsoever to the personal property of our guests, including their vehicles, jewelry, personal effects or any other valuables. Guests and their property enter Sherkston Shores and use the facilities at their own risk.
Certain breeds of dogs are welcome at the Resort as long as they are leashed at all times. Dogs are permitted on the lakefront beaches between the hours of 8pm and 8am only. Dogs are not permitted on Quarry Beach at any time.

Sherkston Shores is a Family Resort which welcomes children of all ages. Children and youth under the age of 18 are permitted on property with adequate supervision at all times only.
We will not take bookings from individuals under the age of 25 years of age. Sherkston reserves the right to terminate a booked holiday if any stated rules are in violation. No refunds or return vouchers will be issued.
Boats or watercraft with motors over 3hp require proof of insurance of 1 million Canadian or $300000.00US. Golf carts must be electric and meet the same insurance requirements as above. Failure to meet the above requirements will result in the boat/golf cart being denied entry into the park.
Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal, weather dependent schedule. The entertainment complex/pools and restaurants are on a full schedule throughout July/August. Limited hours of operation of facilities and services are available in the spring and fall. We reserve the right to close any facilities due to weather conditions or for Health and Safety reasons without prior notice.

The Resort speed limit is 25km/hr and must be adhered to. Only two vehicles per site will be allowed entrance to the facilities.
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on sites only. All beverages must be contained in aluminum or plastic containers only.
We are a self catered Resort and ask that you respect our environment for the duration of your stay. All litter must be placed in its proper containers; all garbage is to be dropped in available depots.
Quiet time is from 11pm to 8am, midnight on weekends. This is strictly enforced by our onsite security team.
All guests are advised that as a condition of the use of the facilities, property and premises, patrons must be attired in such a manner as to recognize the family nature of Sherkston Shores.
